Refund Policy

1. Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to services facilitated through the Consultants platform. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of the specific contract between the client and the consultant, as well as the circumstances of the service delivery.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A full or partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as described in the contract.
  • The consultant canceled the project and an alternative solution could not be agreed upon.
  • A client cancels a service within the eligible window as specified in their contract, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully rendered and completed as per the agreed contract are generally not eligible for a refund. Any deposits or mobilization fees may be non-refundable as stipulated in the service agreement.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@mentisera.pk with your project details and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 business days.
