2. Digital Products
For any digital products, such as course materials, research papers, or templates purchased through the platform, all sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, this does not fall under the Return Policy. We encourage you to first communicate with your consultant to address any concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact our support team for mediation.
4. Defective Digital Products
In the rare event that a digital file is defective or corrupted, please contact our support team at hello@mentisera.pk within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to provide a working copy of the digital product.
